7. Check the hoisting wire rope and traction wire rope. If the number of broken strands exceeds 5% or the nominal diameter wear exceeds 5%, the wire rope should be renewed. Check whether the fixed end of the wire rope is firm and whether the rope clamp bolt is loose, and deal with it in time.

8. Check each device, if the work fails, it should be adjusted or repaired in time, especially if the lifting moment is limited to the limit of the lifting weight, its reliability should be ensured.

9. Check the braking performance of the hoisting mechanism and the slewing mechanism. If it is not sensitive and reliable, it should be adjusted in time.
